Owen T. Evans is a retired trial judge and certified family law mediator. His practice is focused entirely on helping divorcing parties reach informed and reasonable resolution of issues such as child custody, parenting time, child support, support alimony, and property-debt division through collaborative and fully informed mediation process.
Mr. Evans was a judge for eleven years before retiring in Sepetember 2021. He held hundreds of hearings and trials as a judge on busy family law docket in Tulsa County.
